1. I forgot my username/password. What should I do?

2. Who has the right to access your personal information?

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party for any purpose without your explicit consent. We may collect information for our own advertising and improvement purposes. If you do not wish to receive newsletters from us, kindly find the unsubscribe link located at the footer of the newsletter that you received.

3. I need to change my address and/or other details. What should I do?

Please log in to your account to change your personal details. You may also add/update your billing address and shipping addresses.



1. What happens If I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have placed my order?

In the event of this happening, please email us ([email protected]) and /or call us immediately (working hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday).

You will need to provide us with the following details – Account Name & Invoice Receipt Number.

2. What happens if an item I ordered is not available?

We apologize if certain items are out of stock. You will receive an email on the replacement or refund of the item. For refund, we will credit the stock value into your MiniHero account.

3. How long can I keep my selected items in the cart?

Items are kept in your shopping cart for as long as the item is available and the home still needs the product. If the item is not available, the site will alert you at the cart page that the item is out of stock. Your order and items will only be confirmed once payment has been made.

4. Can I donate over the phone call?

We would advise you to place the order via our website and select the home you wish to donate, this action could protect both donors and home cares in terms of security & better for logistic arrangement.

5. Can I order an item and have it wrapped as a gift?

Sorry, we do not provide gift wrapping services at present.

6. How long does it take for the goods to deliver to the home?

The goods or services will be delivered within 6 working days (Working day: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm).

7. Will I be notified after the home receive the goods/ services?

Yes, once the goods or services delivered or completed, MiniHero will notify you with an email.

8. Will I get a receipt from MiniHero after I donated?

Yes, an official receipt will send via email to your registered email address.

9. Will I get a receipt from the Home I donated?

A thank you letter or a simple receipt of receiving of goods will issue depending on home’s practice.

For your information, goods or service donation will not be issued a receipt from home with the value stated.

10. How much is the admin fee & bank charges?

Admin fee & bank charges are fixed-rate 10% based on the total amount of your shopping cart when checking out.

Other than that, there is no hidden fee besides this.

All homes that registered in our platform are visited by our personnel for authenticity verification, to understand their home situation, financial status,

is there any long term support from other organizations.

We also make sure that they are non-profit homes or NGOs before register with Mini Hero.

3. Can sponsors choose a home to donate?

Yes, you may choose the home here that is closest to your heart.



1. Is MiniHero Tax exempted?

MiniHero is a Social Enterprise that makes a minimal profit to self-sustain in the long term. We are not tax exempted at the moment.

3. How many people do you need for community service?

Depending on the charity home's requirement, follow us on Facebook for the latest update.

4. Is there any age limit?

Recommend age group from age 18 onwards. 

5. Is it safe for volunteers to join the community service?

Yes, we will schedule community service in a controlled environment, however, we would advise volunteers to take precaution on your own safety and belonging during the event. 

Rules & Regulations

Volunteer Responsibilities:

1. Volunteers are required to ensure that they are available for the activity to participate before registering themselves.

2. Volunteers are required to WhatsApp the Person In Charge (PIC)  if they have an emergency to pull out with prior 2 days to the event day.

3. Volunteers are responsible for their own personal belongings and the safety of every activity participated. MiniHero holds no responsibility for any loss or damages.


1. Volunteers are advised to be punctual in every activity to avoid any inconvenience caused to other parties.

Dress Code

1. Volunteers are advised to wear comfortable and appropriate attire such as T-shirt (buy MiniHero Shift) and short pants for activities. Covered shoes are recommend. 


1. All volunteers must be aware of the possible risks involved and accept the same, notwithstanding the fact that campaign/trip/activity is intended only for those without medical problems and who are good fit to participate in the activities organized.

2. All volunteers are to indemnify and agree to keep MiniHero, Minihero Management, servants and organizers of the activities fully indemnified against any claims, loss or damage whatsoever in respect of death, injury, disability or any lose or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the campaign/trip/activity or my participation therein.

1. Can I donate to Mini Hero Campaign as an individual?

We will filter qualified home in terms of location, space, current financial status, and tenancy agreement for our inspection.
